Real Estate Negotiators Principal Ian Hembry, is a specialist in real estate negotations. Ian has been proactive in the Real Estate industry for more than 24 years and has been extremely successful in creating and developing two major real estate franchise offices in Sydney’s upper north shore and northern beaches. He has guided many clients successfully through the volatile real estate labyrinth. His expertise and finesse in negotiating has been honed by many tough years in the field of industrial relations.

He believes that real estate clients are now looking for more from their advisors as the market gets tougher and more discerning. Rather than being a generalist practitioner, real estate professionals need specialist skills, straightforward communication, business experience and they need to work exclusively for their clients. Ian does this.
